Healthy Halloween Fun
Halloween can be a lot of fun for kids and adults. There’s so much candy filled with unhealthy and scary ingredients, so if you don’t want to include candy in your Halloween, there are lots of other options and ideas to do. First of all, Halloween is mostly looked at as a fun time for kids, but it can be great for adults, too. We can look at this and use it as a chance to spend time with the ones we love and care about.
Parties can be a great idea for Halloween, and they’re perfect for people to get together and have fun in a safe and healthy way. Besides food (which I’ll go over in the next sections of this post), there are games, crafts, pumpkin carvings and decorating, Halloween decorating, costumes, and movies that can make all of this fun and memorable.
Another thing both adults and kids love for Halloween are haunted houses. You can even make one yourself for people you know. It’s a creative way, along with making crafts, costumes, and games, to celebrate Halloween. If there are any available on Halloween, ghost tours would be fun and interesting for Halloween.
For Trick or Treating, there are many options all kids will love. Halloween themed stickers, magnets, stamps, finger puppets, bookmarks, spinning tops, pencils, and erasers, glow sticks, slime, silly straws, juice boxes, tokens, legos, Crazy Rumors lip balms (they have Pumpkin Spice and Candy Corn for Halloween), Lara Bars (fruit and nut bars with simple whole plant food ingredients plus they have a Pumpkin Pie Limited Edition one), and mini versions of bouncy balls, notebooks, yo yos, stress balls, slinkies, skateboards, flashlights, bubbles, kids’ Halloween stories, coloring books, puzzles, activity books, and play dough.

Ending Thoughts
Halloween can be a great chance to spend time with the ones you love and care about and have fun together. It can be celebrated in a healthy way with healthier versions of treats, haunted houses, parties, crafts, costumes, decorating, games, and movie watching. There’s lots of options and fun things to do for Halloween that you can make memories doing. It doesn’t just have to be for kids to celebrate. It can be for adults, too. Stay safe, healthy, and have fun!
