Hey, I’m Jessica. I created Vegan Beauty Power to bring more support, guidance, empowerment, confidence, and education to the vegan women community. I’m determined to share all of the vegan goodness I know and live with women everywhere.

I went vegan in 2010, and I haven’t looked back. Living vegan has been the easiest thing I’ve ever done and the best decision I’ve ever made in my life.

I was never overwhelmed. I was ecstatic that I found a way to live that works perfectly for me.

I’ve learned a lot along the way, and I’m still learning every day. I’ve also unlearned lots of things. I fine-tune things every year to improve myself.

I love being confident and empowered in making this lifestyle the absolute best for me, and passionately, purposely + intentionally adding the “healthy” in vegan living.

Part 1:

The Foundation

This digital course starts with defining what veganism really is. It goes on to describe the difference between vegan living and healthy vegan living, and why you can benefit from living a healthy vegan lifestyle consistently your way.

You do the inner work knowing why you’re vegan, always staying consistent with this beautiful, abundant lifestyle, and knowing who you are.

Intention and mindfulness are practiced every day for you to focus on what you want.

Nourishing your mind with positive, loving, supportive, and optimistic thoughts while treating yourself amazingly will set everything else in motion, so choose your thoughts with intention and purpose.

Healthy habits and some flexible go-with-the-flow planning are developed to create actions you need to take to support how you want to feel. You get to choose how you feel. Decide.

Part 2:

Food Empowerment

Feel empowered with food and around food. You get to choose the whole plant foods, vegan processed foods, and vegan treats you eat that you love. Pick an abundance and variety of foods you love. Pick recipes you love and/or want to try from the very best healthy, simple, and delicious vegan recipe blogs and books out there, and make them.

Realize that you can eat what you want to eat, when you want to eat it, including vegan treats, and love how you eat + what you eat. Discover what works best for you, how you can cook easily and healthily, and learn about the best vegan foods to eat that will simplify everything for you.

Go into any grocery store, farmer’s market, food market, online, or health food store confident and empowered knowing what you’re doing, and navigating healthy vegan meal planning and prep easily.

It’s not just about what you put on your body. Sleep, hydration, fitness, sunlight, and grounding are also a huge part of body care.

This can all be simple, liberating, fun, and easy for you if you want it to be. You get to decide and figure it out for you.

You’ll feel even better when you have your space the way you want it to be, but first, you need to choose how you want your space to be. You can fill your space with your own style and with things you love.

You create the environment that you live in, so make it the best for you.

I was 22 and sick in 2010 with a stomach infection. I’m not sure how I got it, but I felt unhealthy for a few months. June 4, 2010 is the day I made the decision to go vegan, and I haven’t looked back.

It has been the easiest thing I have ever done in my life! I started educating myself about veganism. I decided to go vegan because I wanted to feel better and live better.

There was so much I didn’t know. I was constantly learning every day, and I was never overwhelmed. I was excited and ecstatic that I found a way to live that worked absolutely and completely beautifully and perfectly for me! I changed what I ate, and I did a complete overhaul on all of the products I used. It was so much fun, it was freeing, and it was enlightening!

I learned even more things I didn’t know. People use animals and depend on them in so many ways. The most important thing I learned is that we do not need to use animals at all.

I realized that empathy is the main reason why I’m vegan.

Having empathy not only for animals, but also for people and the planet, changes things in positive ways. It even has a positive impact on our minds. Being healthy is amazing, but having empathy for others is what changes the world.

I’ve learned a lot along the way since then, and there’s so much I want to share with you. Veganism has improved my life in every single way. I went from vegan living to healthy vegan living over the years, and it has made a huge difference. Completely life-changing!
