Vegan Pasta

Most pastas are vegan, but some pastas contain eggs. So, always check the ingredients. Just because most pastas are vegan, it does not mean that all vegan pastas are healthy. Always look for whole plant food ingredients.

Red Lentil Pasta

The only ingredient in red lentil pasta is red lentils or red lentil flour. This kind is my favorite. It tastes the best to me, and I love that it never gets mushy.

Chickpea Pasta

The only ingredient in chickpea pasta is chickpeas or chickpea flour. Garbanzo beans are my favorite beans, so this one is my second-favorite kind of pasta.

Brown Rice Pasta

The only ingredient in brown rice pasta is brown rice or brown rice flour. Brown rice pasta is the easiest to find. It can get mushy if cooked for too long.

Black Bean Pasta

The only ingredient in black bean pasta is black beans. The texture is pretty sturdy and stretchy.

Different Ways to Eat Pasta

These kinds of pasta are a great way to get in protein and can be eaten in salads, alone, with other veggies, in stir frys, lasagna, casseroles, and soups. Pastas are perfect for a quick, delicious, healthy, hearty, and filling lunch or dinner.

Homemade Sauces

Making your own sauce is super simple, quick, easy, and you can control how healthy and delicious it is! Sauce goes so great on pasta. Alfredo, tomato, and cheesy sauces are the three most common and popular sauces to put on pasta. Here are two healthy, amazing, and easy vegan pasta sauce recipes.
