Living a Healthy Vegan Lifestyle Isn’t Hard

Healthy vegan living can be hard if you want it to be, and if you make it hard. It can be easy if you want it to be, and if you make it easy. It is what you make it. That’s up to you. It absolutely is easy though. It’s super simple, and getting back to the basics puts it all into perspective. You can live a vegan lifestyle forever, but when you live a healthy vegan lifestyle consistently, you feel even more amazing. You definitely get closer to feeling the way you want to feel, and end up feeling the way you want to feel. You won’t want to go back to your old ways at all.

 

 

 

Overwhelm, Frustration, and Inconsistency

Whether you’re new to living vegan, have been vegan for years, or want to live vegan, you know that living a healthy vegan lifestyle would be the best thing for you. Living vegan isn’t what you struggle with. Healthy vegan living is what you struggle with. You don’t know what to eat, which products to use, you think you can’t do it, you’re confused about all of the options, you’re discouraged, you’re frustrated, you’re overwhelmed, you’re inconsistent, etc. What you need to realize is that there’s no wrong way to do this. You have to do what feels good and right to you, and you’ll figure it out. You have to stay consistent though, and keep things simple.

 

 

 

Simplify All That You Can

Simplify everything that you can in your life. Control what you can control, and focus on that. Simplify your eating. Try not eating a bunch of different things together. Make it easy on your digestion to do its best. Simplify your workouts. It’s ok if you don’t do advanced moves and exercises. Simplify your thoughts. Cut out all of the overthinking. Simplify your schedule. Keep the things you know you need to do as well as the things you love to do on your schedule. Listen to your body, and give yourself rest and breaks when you need to.

Why should you simplify things? Simplifying gives you clarity. When you gain clarity, you feel freer and you have more space to get things done. This results in more encouragement, more empowerment, and more confidence. Yes! You have to know how you want to feel first though. So, ask yourself how you want to feel, and always use it as your guide for what you do in your life. Show up for yourself. Trust yourself. Have your own back. Stay accountable to yourself.

When you do these things, you have more enthusiasm to stay consistent. When you’re consistent, you improve in nearly every aspect of your life. Living a healthy vegan lifestyle is always completely doable if you choose for it to be. So, keep things simple. You can.

Vegan Beauty Power was created since I have seen such a lack of support, guidance, confidence, empowerment, and education in the vegan women community. I’m filling that huge gap. A community, lifestyle, and movement is what Vegan Beauty Power is. Goddess Environment (pure cleaning, your style, plastic-free, clutter-free, organization, filled with things you love, home to you, good, positive, pure, and clean energy, supportive, and intention and purpose), and

Vegan Queen (you’re the boss of you’re life and you can do things your way, nourish your soul, support your well-being and happiness, take care of you, your beliefs, values, and standards, meditation, breath work and tapping, writing and affirmations, and gratitude and live with the flow).
